Replace regular baco with turkey bacon, it has a much lower fat content.
My favourite is avocado and turkey bacon omelette (egg whites only) with a little mozzarella cheese. Pair that with some fruit juice and maybe a small yogurt or piece of fruit.
During the week when I dont have much time I usually just have some kind of granola/cereal bar a piece of fruit and some OJ. I love Luna bars. They're nutritionally balance especially for women and they come in all kinds of yummy flavors.
If you like to have coffee at breakfast try replacing it with something like green tea. It still has the comfort of a hot drink, some caffeine (but not as much) and it's way healthier for you.
Scrambled eggs (or egg whites), with smoked salmon, green onions, low fat cream cheese, and fresh-ground pepper. Serve with a crusty whole-grain french bread and fresh fruit.

i always eat that for breakfast,delicious and yet easy to prepare!
oatmeal is always a good idea...high in fiber, good for your heart, the good carbs to start your day. i usually pair it with fruit, yogurt, or toast with jelly. yum! don't skip it, most important meal of the day. Quaker has some low-calorie versions too that are quick to make and nice and hot for cold mornings.
(i cheat on the weekends and have bacon, too!)
