I'm going to go very basic... Boil 'em.
Make an egg white veggie omelet
one can of Rotel Tomatoes and Chiles.
Pour into hot skillet. Break 4 to 6 eggs over top, put on tight fitting lid and cook for about 3 minutes.
Serve on flour tortillas that have been warmed gently. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top for added extra flavor.

try poaching the egg....because you don't need butter or oil, poaching is a very healthy way to prepare eggs.
Method 1
1. Boil a saucepan 2/3 full of water.
2. Add a dash of white vinegar (the most important part - the vinegar coagulates the egg white turning it into a perfectly poached egg). Any other vinegar apart from white vinegar (balsamic, red wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar) will stain the eggs and more often than not add a weird flavour.
3. Crack an egg into a ramekin, small bowl or soup ladle.
4. Spin the boiling water before you drop the egg in, helps to keep it all together.
5. Carefully lower or drop the egg into the centre of the whirlpool.
6. Wait 3-4 minutes until cooked.
7. Remove with a slotted spoon and add pepper to taste.
Method 2
1. Fill a medium-sized saucepan nearly full with water. Add a splash of regular white vinegar to the water to keep the egg from breaking down into a stringy mess. Bring the water and vinegar to a boil. Works without vinegar if you're careful.
2. While waiting for the water to boil, crack each egg into its own small bowl. All in one bowl will suffice as well.
3. Put your bread in the toaster, but don't begin toasting yet!
4. When the water is boiling, turn the heat down so the rolling boil subsides to a gentle boil or simmer.
5. Check your watch and notice the time, or set an egg timer for three minutes.
6. Begin toasting your bread.
7. Place the first bowl with its side just breaking the surface of the water. With a gentle quick motion, dump the egg into the water. Quickly repeat this step with the other eggs.
8. Begin timing the eggs. Three minutes will produce the perfect poached egg.
9. Your toast should pop just before the eggs are done. Butter the toast if you like. If you are like me, now is when you tear the toast into bite-sized pieces on your plate. Watch out 鈥?toast is hot!
10. Remember, your first egg has been cooking for about 10-15 seconds longer than your last egg; therefore, with about 10-15 seconds to go, bring the first egg out of the water with a slotted spoon. Center the yolk in the bowl of the spoon and gently lift out. The perfect poached egg will have a nice undisturbed yolk surrounded evenly by a shiny opaque oval of egg white.
11. Working quickly, transfer each egg onto the plate, letting excess water drip back into the saucepan.

If you are using eggs that you have stored in the fridge, take it out for a while before proceeding to make half-boiled egg. If you can鈥檛 wait, just dunk it in normal room temperature water to 鈥榟eat鈥?up the egg somewhat.
Remember to use boiling water for half-boiled eggs.

there u go half boiled egg tastes good with dash of pepper and soya sauce.
