Enjoy with a glass of milk ( I prefer skim)
This has quite a bit of fat but if you excecise regularly it shouldn't be a problem eggs are fine. Stay away from Cereal unless it is shredded wheat because they are all high in carbs even things like Kashi which has more carbs than many of your childrens cereals. Also some whole wheat toast, also stay away from the OJ probably the worst culprit. Having one glass of OJ for breakfast is actually fine, but only one.
