Chocolate %26amp; Banana Pancakes
1 scoop of protein powder (chocolate works best)
1 pakage of splenda
1/2 mashed banana
3 egg whites
1/2 package of oatmeal (plain)
1 dash of cinnimon to taste
combine all ingredients in a bowl (except cinnamon) and mix well. Pour onto preheated sprayed pan and cook through. Then flip and lightly cook the other side.
The best thing about this recipe is that it is really filling and very fast! Enjoy!

Breakfast Burritos
Ingredients:
1/4 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup zucchini
1/3 cup tomato
1 clove garlic
2 eggs
dash cayenne pepper
dash chili powder
2 Tbsp salsa
2 low carb tortilla shells
mexican cheese blend
Dice the mushrooms, zucchini and tomato. Finely chop the garlic. Mix all in with the eggs. Mix in pepper and powder Cook in frying pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until scrambled. Lay out the low carb tortillas and lay half of the cooked egg mixture in each. Add the salsa on top and roll each tortilla into a burrito. Sprinkle cheese on top. Enjoy!
Makes 2 servings

Have you tried Michelobe ultra, I believe thats low carb...
1/4c lean ham cut into very small cubes
1 small can diced green chillis
1/8 small onion finely diced
1/2 small tomato diced
6 eggs well beaten
1/4 cup shredded cheese
6 flour tortillas
In your skillet put 1 tablespoon of olive oil and all ingredients except eggs and cheese cook until heated add eggs mixing well and continue to cook until eggs are cooked to your desired doneness.
Divide mixture in the tortillas and top with cheese roll
can be placed in freezer bags and frozen and reheated in the microwave.
Enjoy with a glass of milk ( I prefer skim)
This has quite a bit of fat but if you excecise regularly it shouldn't be a problem eggs are fine. Stay away from Cereal unless it is shredded wheat because they are all high in carbs even things like Kashi which has more carbs than many of your childrens cereals. Also some whole wheat toast, also stay away from the OJ probably the worst culprit. Having one glass of OJ for breakfast is actually fine, but only one.
