Any Good English Muffin Breakfast Recipes?

PLEASE NO BREAKFAST SANDWICHES! My sister won't eat eggs. Also, if they could be healthy, that would be appreciated. :)Any Good English Muffin Breakfast Recipes?
How about English Muffin Mini Pizzas...





INGREDIENTS:


English muffins


Pizza sauce


Mozzarella cheese


Pepperoni (optional)


Mushrooms (optional)


Other pizza toppings





PREPARATION:


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.


Put presliced English muffins face up on a cookie sheet. Spoon some pizza sauce on each half of the muffins. Top with pepperoni, mushrooms, and then the cheese.





Bake for about 5 minutes or until the cheese melts and bubbles slightly.





OR... How about Banana Toasted Muffins for breakfast?





Breakfast English Muffins Recipes





Ingredients:


2 English muffins -- sliced in half


4 teaspoons peanut butter


1 banana -- thinly sliced


1 teaspoon honey


1/8 teaspoon cinnamon





Directions:





Preheat broiler. Toast English muffin halves. Remove muffins from boiler. Spread each half lightly with peanut butter; top with banana slices. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon. Spray tops of muffins lightly with butter-flavor vegetable cooking spray. Return muffins to broiler until tops are browned.

English Muffin Bread





English Muffin Bread presented by Cincinnati Weller Haus Bed %26amp; Breakfast, Inc.





Ingredients:


5-6 cups flour


1/2 cup seedless raisins


2 packs active dry yeast


1 Tbsp sugar


2 tsps salt


1 1/2 tsps cinnamon


1/4 tsp baking soda


2 cups milk


1/2 cup water


cornmeal








In bowl, combine 3 cups flour, raisins, salt, cinnamon, baking soda. Combine milk and water in pan and heat till liquids are very warm (120-130 degrees). Add to dry ingredients and beat well. Stir in remaining flour to make a stiff batter.





Spoon into 2 9x5x3'; loaf pans which have been greased and coated with cornmeal. Sprinkle tops of loaves with additional cornmeal.





Cover: let rise in warm place, free from draft, for 45 minutes.





Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown and hollow sounding. Remove from pans immediately and cool.





Slice and toast.
