Healthy breakfast recipes that my picky family (including myself) would eat?

I want to try some healthier recipes for my family. I don't buy pork or red meat, we mostly eat poultry (chicken and turkey) and seafood.

Meat in moderation is not unhealthy for you and some red meat can be beneficial. As for breakfast cereals (not sugar filled) with fruit and milk. yogurt mixed with honey, oatmeal or grit and fruit pieces marinated the night before. toasted sandwiches cheese tomato and chicken or turkey cold meats, baked beans on toast (wholemeal/multigrain).eggs, fried onions and chicken or turkey and cheese on toasts. fruit salads etc...
hey try Indian breakfasts like idly, dosa, roti, puri, karabath

the list goes on try in gogle to search for more recipes n still u dont find

then cont me i will give at least 7 recipes for i follow timetable to pack for my kids to school
Have some fruit salad. Or If you have a blender, you can mix fruits in the blender, and if you want add sugar (have to use plain yogurt to mix in blender tho) and make a drink
My mornings consist of bloody marys w/ pickle, onion, and olives. As the day goes on i switch to a more afternoonish drink like whiskey cokes. dinner includes a 12 pack of beer. Very simple.
have u tried omelets with lots of veggies in them?
