24Crocodile Eggs (Beaten)

1Medium to Large Missionary (140-200 Lbs), Depending on Availability


(Half Portions of Ingredients for Smaller Entree (Below 140 Lbs.)





Place All Ingredients in Large Communal Cooking Pot and Bring to Boil Over Dried Gnu Dung Fire.





After Screaming Stops and Entree Sinks Below the Surface of The Water, Remove Half of The Gnu Dung And Continue Cooking (Stirring Slowing) Until Entree Again Surfaces.

Does anyone have any good breakfast recipes that would be adequate for a large crowd?
Try Caramel Rolls/Cinnamon Rolls (you can use frozen if you want to). A baked egg dish, hash browns, and fruit platter.





When I need to feed a large crowd, I go to www.allrecipes.com -- find a recipe, at the bottom of the recipe it give me a choice of how many i want it to serve, then hit calculate and it adjusts the recipe for me. Easy!
You can double/triple this to feed more people:





Preparation Time: 10 minutes


Cooking Time: 15 minutes


Serves: 4





Ingredients





4 English muffins


6 oz. grated Parmesan or cheddar cheese


8 slices Canadian bacon


8 eggs


2 tsps. Italian herb seasoning











Instructions





Split muffins in half and toast lightly. Top the bottom muffin halves with cheese. Broil for abut 3-5 minutes, or until cheese melts. In a skillet, cook the Canadian bacon for 3-5 minutes, or until thoroughly heated. Divide the bacon among the muffins. Crack eggs into the skillet. Top with Italian seasoning and cook, turning once, for about 4-5 minutes, or until they reach desired doneness. Transfer eggs to muffins, cover with top muffin halves, and serve.
Scrambled eggs with ham and cheese. Can be baked in a cake pan and you can add as many eggs as you like! Good luck!

Chad's Infamous Breakfast for a crowd recipe





10 lb Flour


35 eggs


17 tbsp vanilla extract


1 onion


1 bushel corn


2 quarts tamolies


20 tsp sea salt


10 lbs bacon


1 chicken whole


2 cloves of garlic minced


1 large container maple syrup (aunt jamimia works great)


2 boxes ego waffles


17 sheets of cookie dough


1 rose red





Mix well, and cook on a high heat until desired effects are met.

hi nod! I have a whole ton of recipes for a breakfast crowd, but it depends on many things... How large is your ';crowd';, where will it be held? Are there ovens available, electricity, warming dishes? Any more information you can give me would be helpful?





I'd hate to give you a recipe for a baked french toast if you won't ahve an oven or any way to keep it warm! But I have plenty that require little or no warming as well.
Sausage Casserole


1 lb ground pork sausage


1 teaspoon mustard powder


1/2 teaspoon salt


4 eggs, beaten


2 cups milk


6 slices white bread, toasted and cut into cubes


8 ounces mild Cheddar cheese, shredded





Crumble sausage into a medium skillet. Cook over medium heat until evenly brown. Drain fat. In medium bowl, mix together mustard powder, salt, eggs and milk. Add the sausage, bread cubes, and cheese, and stir to coat evenly. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover, and chill in the refrigerator for 8 hours, or overnight. Bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes. Uncover, and reduce temperature to 325. Bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until set.





Paula Deen's Baked French Toast


1 loaf French bread (13 to 16 ounces)


8 large eggs


2 cups half-and-half


1 cup milk


2 tablespoons granulated sugar


1 teaspoon vanilla extract


1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon


1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg


Dash salt


Praline Topping, recipe follows


Maple syrup





Slice French bread into 20 slices, 1-inch each. Arrange slices in a generously buttered 9 by 13-inch flat baking dish in 2 rows, overlapping the slices. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, half-and-half, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt and beat with a rotary beater or whisk until blended but not too bubbly. Pour mixture over the bread slices, making sure all are covered evenly with the milk-egg mixture. Spoon some of the mixture in between the slices. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. The next day, preheat oven to 350. Spread Praline Topping evenly over the bread and bake for 40 minutes, until puffed and lightly golden. Serve with syrup.





Praline Topping:


1/2 pound (2 sticks) butter


1 cup packed light brown sugar


1 cup chopped pecans


2 tablespoons light corn syrup


1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon


1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg


Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and blend well.
How bout a breakfast buffet kinda, like put out trays with fruits, cheese,waffles bread, eggs, bacon...anything, I think people would really like this because they have a variety!
You do know that you can cook bacon in the oven, right? What's great about this that you have more space on the stove and you don't have to babysit the bacon!
