Does anyone have good breakfast recipes?

I am providing breakfast for my Sunday Bible class and donuts and things like that are boring. I love to cook and make new things. I would like to make something different and fun. Please help if you can I invite all ideas and suggestions.Does anyone have good breakfast recipes?
Baked Beans on toast with cooked sausage rings.Does anyone have good breakfast recipes?
What I like to do, is this:

My favorite morning food? Eggs and toast. But that's not practical for on the go (or a Bible class, I'd guess).

So, I beat the eggs just as you would with scrambled eggs, and then off to the side, I butter both sides of some bread and take the top of a cup and cut a good sized hole in the middle. Slap the bread on a hot skillet and pour a little of the eggs in the middle.

This way, you get a great breakfast treat, which can be eaten without much mess. Have a little orange juice on the side, and you're good to go!

Hope this helps!
Hash Brown Quiche... It is soooo good! My fiancee never eats seconds of anything, and he ate the whole pan!

Ingredients

3 cups, shredded frozen hash browns, thawed and drained

4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter, melted

3 large eggs, beaten

1 cup half-and-half

3/4 cup diced cooked ham (I use the John Morrell diced ham found next to the ham steaks in the grocery store)

1/2 cup diced green onions

1 cup shredded Cheddar

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Gently press the drained hash browns between paper towels to dry them as best as possible. In a 9-inch pie plate, toss the hash browns with the melted butter into the plate. Press them into the bottom and up the sides to form a crust. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and starting to crisp.

Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. When the hash brown crust is ready pour the egg mixture over it and return to the oven.

Lower the oven temperature to 350 degrees F and bake for about 30 minutes until the quiche is light golden brown on top and puffed

I love burritos

I take 2lbs of sausage crumble and fry like hamburger meat.

1 package of potatoes with onions and bell peppers

shredded cheese

1 dozen eggs

after I fry the meat i add the potatoes and fry them up along with the sausage then I add the eggs and top them with shredded cheese;

I heat up tortillas and stuff them.

Mmm I think this is what I will make tomorrow. Semi homemade they are good. All the seasoning is in the sausage I buy the Jimmy Dean with sage
i like to take Tortilla wraps (the soft ones) and i mix scrambled eggs and ham or sausage bits and fry them together. Then i put them in the wrap and roll them.
Here's a link for you to a site with lots of great ideas.
