Yogurt %26amp; granola
Special K cereal
Whole grain toast with Egg
Dinner:
Fish, 1 cup zucchini 1 cup asparagus 3 cups salad
Chicken, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup summer squash
1/2 baked potato, chicken, steamed spinach
