Christmas Breakfast Recipes?

We are already having a casserole, pancakes. Looking for good ideas maybe incorporating potatoes, veggies, etc.Christmas Breakfast Recipes?
When I was a kid my mom would make hash browns/home fries (whichever you prefer) and include peppers, onions, and tomatoes -- they're SO awesome!

This is the most popular in alot of places.Its called Funnel cake.!


1.Get a small pot.


2.Fill half of it with cooking oil.


3.Get a bowl.


4.Put as many eggs as you think you can eat,flour,and milk.


5.Beat until nice and creamy.


6.If you have something that can squirt the flour,milk,and eggs out(when mixed),then put everything in the thing.


7.Then take the squirter and squrit any design in the pot and wait until it turns hard the take it out.


8.When done put anything like ice cream,chocolate sauce,strawberries,or anything else you think would be good.!

Here's a recipe for some mouth-watering french toast!





8 egg whites - slightly beaten


1 cup canned pumpkin pie mix


1/4 cup fat-free milk


1 tablespoon cornstarch


16 slices white bread





In blender, combine egg whites, pumpkin pie mix, milk, and cornstarch. Blend until smooth.





Dip bread slices in egg white mixture.





In a skillet that has been coated with cooking spray, over medium heat, add bread slices. Cook 4 minutes per side or until golden brown. Turn and continue cooking 3 minutes more. Remove from pan and keep warm. Repeat with remaining bread slices.
Home Fries!


All you do is take a minute to cube the potatos and boil them slightly the night before. Fry them up with lots of oil (they stick nicely)


My Dad always cooks breakfast on Christmas Day. Eggs, bacon, home fries, everything! If you go to the Kraft Kitchens site, you can find lots of breakfast recipies!
you can not pass on a veggie quiche


but I was thinking a fruit mix in a custard Crepes
Cranberry muffins, or pancakes?
