Breakfast recipes. Any suggestions?

I would like some recipes for breakfast that I can make say on sunday night and have to eat for the week and it still tastes good and moist by Friday. See I am trying to save money and time, I am a recent divorcee and I have a 3 yr old. I am on a new job, new apartment, and new budget so I am in need of some quick fixes that are nutritious and delicious.

ThanksBreakfast recipes. Any suggestions?
I always like quiche - it is pretty easy to make and reheat. You can buy pre-made crusts to make it even easier, and there all kinds of combinations that you can make - different meats, cheeses, veggies, etc.Breakfast recipes. Any suggestions?
I do this.

buy texas toast or french loaf when on sale

make up batches of french toast and freeze in zip bag.

when the family wants a fast breakfast just pop in microwave or toaster.

I also buy bacon, sausage, ham on sale and cook it all, then freeze in zip bags.

Meat and french toast in a snap.
To make it simple always have in your fridge waffles the Kellogg's ones, and also have fresh fruit syrup and powder sugar so in the morning toast the waffles put some fresh fruit for instance watermelon, cantaloupe or strawberries on the side put some butter on the waffles, syrup and sprinkle the waffles with powder sugar, and remember a glass of Milk and you are ready to go. Good Luck! Remember you can cut the fruit the night before.

banana bran muffin

2 large eggs

2/3 cup packed light brown sugar

1 cup mashed ripe bananas

1 cup buttermilk (see Ingredient notes)

1 cup unprocessed wheat bran (see Ingredient notes)

1/4 cup canola oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup whole-wheat flour

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

1/3 cup chopped walnuts (optional

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat 12 muffin cups with cooking spray.

Whisk eggs and brown sugar in a medium bowl until smooth. Whisk in bananas, buttermilk, wheat bran, oil and vanilla.

Whisk whole-wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the dry ingredients; add the wet ingredients and stir with a rubber spatula until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips, if using. Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin cups (they'll be quite full). Sprinkle with walnuts, if using.

Bake the muffins until the tops are golden brown and spring back when touched lightly, 15 to 25 minutes. Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Loosen edges and turn muffins out onto a wire rack to cool slightly before serving.
stew some fruit or make a fruit salad or chopped fruit in some 100% orange or apple juice- yoghurt and honey mixed in with some muesli - yum - the fruit will freeze in portions - just take out the night before. buy some yoghurt every couple of days and some really good honey
You could make a breakfast casserole- eggs, sausage, cheese. Go to allrecipes.com for a good one. It will be plenty filling. I love a breakfast casserole for the weekends when I鈥檓 relaxing. During the week, I go with lighter options and always include fruit. Banana, apple slices, peach slices, oranges, strawberries. I鈥檒l have cereal or oatmeal. I like the wholegrain waffles too (frozen aisle) and yogurt. My son is 6- he鈥檒l have eggs on the weekends and he has Kix cereal most weekday mornings with fruit or fruit and yogurt. I鈥檒l prepare the fruit the night before- cut up cantaloupe, watermelon, honeydew- to save time in the morning. And a smoothie is also a great option- with fruit and milk and I鈥檒l add a packet of vanilla carnation instant breakfast- yummy too and completely portable.
';Pancake burritos';

1 oval shaped pancake with scrambled egg, cheese, and whatever you want rolled up inside.

Make, eat, and freeze the leftovers!

To reheat just put in oven on 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.

:)
Waffles, pancakes, or toast.
Make a big batch of pancakes on Sunday. Let them cool and them wrap them in plastic wrap. Put them in the refrigerator or freezer. When you're ready to eat them, just put them in the microwave for about 30 seconds, top with butter and syrup and they're done. They are also cheap! The other option is scrambled eggs... Sometimes I cook them ahead of time and heat them up in the microwave, but I would only make 3 days worth at a time or they may go bad.
Fry up some peppers and egg and make breakfast sandwiches
You can make little crustless quiches in muffin tins. Add whatever meats, veggies and cheese you want.

South beach diet made these popular, but you don't have to be on the diet to enjoy their convenience.
