my typical smoothie is half a cup of milk mixed with 3 ounces of vanilla yogurt and half a teaspoon of flax seeds and then i add the flavors..

- cherries + 1 teaspoon cocoa powder

- strawberries and banana

- pineaple and banana

- mixed berry

- peach and papaya

- mango

- orange and vanilla extract

* do not add juices to any smoothies. they lack fiber and all the nutrients found in fresh fruit
Yougurt is good. You don't need recipe. Just any fresh or frozen fruit you like or have on hand. Add to the blender with some ice, milk or yougurt, and a pinch of sugar or honey.

I like to make a drink. It's not really a smoothie but more like a protien shake.

1 banana with a spalsh of milk. Procees until pretty smooth.

Add a good sccop or 2 or peanut butter, more milk and choc syrup if you want. Process again until it is thick and creamy-ish.

Very satisfying and filling. Make up a huge pitcher of it and just pour it out every morning.
If you want to gain weight, go with vanilla ice cream instead of yogurt

Strawberry banana smoothie

Put into blender: 1 chopped banana some strawberries (as many as u like) a scoop of vanilla ice cream, an ice cube or two, and a splash of orange juice. You could also put in a splash of milk if you want, but not too much. Blend until smooth, serve and enjoy!!
i dont know if it will help you gain wieght, but i love to put frozen cut up bananas in the blender with milk, sugar, and cinnamon. you could substitute whatever you want. but i think the combination of these flavors is sooo simple easy and delicious
Yogurt is good but maybe try a little vanilla ice cream. Not too much or it'll be a milkshake. I also suggest if you go with bananas, put less of them in than everything else because they almost always over-power the other fruits.
Yogurt, cream cheese (softened), cottage cheese, silken tofu, berries, bananas, juices (like apple and cranberry)...anything is possible. If you use frozen anythings, let thaw in fridge over night.
