I need some recipes that won't produce mucous. I have an annoying phlegm cough after eating yogurt at breakfast time and a friend suggested not having milk or yogurt with my cereal.

I know this sounds really strange but don't knock it until you try it. If you eat Fruity Pebbles or Trix you can use orange juice instead of milk... it's actually really really good. And your adding more fruit into a daily intake.Non-diary breakfast recipes please?
Oatmeal is pretty good. It's quick to make (just buy quick cooking oats and only cook in water to avoid the dairy), but you can also dress it up with fruit (dried or fresh), nuts and honey. They also sell packages of instant oats.
Edit: Yup, fruit juice is good with cereal (stuff that's more granola like, and less sugary), and some people swear by Soy Milk, but I hate that stuff.
hot cereal with water but add some kind of spice to it like vaillia or Cinnamon and maybe a banana maybe you can have toast with jelly because some butters have milk in the there are eggs to have for breakfast too. also take a couch med. for mucus build up.
try goat milk or soy ,if not then try just bacon and eggs etc
my aunt has orange juice with her cereal, personally i wouldnt try it but its worth a go?!
why not have toast and marmite?
I get that too after eating dairy. Fresh fruit is good, but I know I hate fruit myself and would not eat it. If eggs don't bother you you could have eggs and bacon or sausage.
