Does anyone know any yummy easy breakfast recipes?

'; Big Country Breakfast Casserole';





4 c. frozen Hash Brown Potatoes


1 1/2 c. cooked Ham, diced


1/2 c. Green Onions,sliced


4 large Eggs


1(12 oz.) can Evaported Milk


1/4 tsp. Black Pepper


1/2 tsp. Salt


1 c. Monterey Jack Cheese with Jalapeno Peppers or Sharp Cheddar Cheese





1.Preheat oven to 350*





2. Butter a 2-1/2qt. square baking dish. Arrange Potatoes in the bottom.





3. Then sprinkle the Green Onions on top of the potatoes, next cover with the chopped Ham,


next Cheese on top of ham.





4.In a med. bowl combine the eggs, milk, pepper,


and salt.Beat well,then pour mixture over everything.





5.Bake Uncoverd for 55 - 65 mins. or until the center is set. Let stand 5 mins. before serving.Does anyone know any yummy easy breakfast recipes?
Tasty Cr锚pes





1/2 cup unbleached white flour


1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour


1/4 cup soya flour


1/4 cup nutritional yeast (optional)


1/2 tsp. baking powder


1/2 tsp. salt


3 cups soya milk








Mix the dry ingredients and make a well in the middle. Pour in the soya milk and combine. The batter should be very thin. Heat a 10-inch non-stick cr锚pe pan over moderate heat, and spray with non-stick spray. Pour in about cup of the batter, tilting the pan so that the batter covers the bottom with a thin coating. Cook until it is browned from underneath and starts to pull away from the edge of the pan. Carefully flip it over and brown on the other side. Serve hot.





Southwest Breakfast Potatoes





8 large white potatoes, scrubbed clean


1/3 cup olive or vegetable oil


1 large yellow or Spanish onion, sliced into rings


1 cup mushrooms, sliced


4 green onions, chopped with the green and white parts separated


1-2 tsp. Saz贸n (Goya brand spice packet) or salt and pepper, to taste


2 ripe avocados, diced


Nondairy sour cream (try Tofutti brand鈥攚ww.tofutti.com), to taste


Tabasco or other hot sauce, to taste








Place the potatoes in a large pot, cover them with water, and bring to a boil. Cook until the potatoes are tender. Drain the potatoes, allow them to cool completely in the refrigerator, then cut them into 1/4-inch slices. Heat the oil in a large nonstick wok or skillet on medium-high heat. Add the potatoes, onion, mushrooms, the white part of the green onions, and Saz贸n seasoning or salt and pepper. Cook, tossing occasionally, until the potatoes are crisp and brown鈥攁pproximately 10 minutes.





Top the potatoes with the green part of the green onions, the avocado, nondairy sour cream, and hot sauce and serve immediately.





Breakfast Rice Pudding





(Makes 6 1/2-cup servings)





2 cups cooked brown rice


1-1/2 cups vanilla rice milk


3 tablespoons raisins


2 tablespoons maple syrup


1 teaspoon vanilla extract


1/4 teaspoon cinnamon








In a medium-size saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to a slow simmer.





Cook uncovered鈥攕tirring occasionally鈥攆or about 20 minutes, or until thick.





Serve hot or cold.





Best ever Scrambled eggs


5-6 servings 35 min 20 min prep


Change to: servings US Metric


12 eggs


1/4 cup heavy cream


3 tablespoons unsalted butter


1/4 teaspoon salt


whisk together all ingredients except butter.


Place your butter in a skillet warm butter up until you see little white foamy bubbles gathering.


Pour egg mixture to skillet.


DO NOT OVERSTIR!


Let cook about a minute under medium heat, then take spatula through middle of eggs.


Mix slightly.


Cook eggs until preferred texture.


Eggs should be completely golden yellow, there should be no other color in eggs at all.


These are the fluffiest, most wonderful textured eggs you will ever have.

Feta And Sundried Tomato Souffle Omelette Ingredients


3 md Size eggs; separated 3 Sundried tomatoes; roughly


1 tb Water 4 Black olives; cut into


2 ts Sundried tomato paste 1 15 grams pac fresh basil;


25 g Butter; (1oz) Salt and freshly ground


1/2 200 200 g pack feta cheese; cut





Instructions for Feta And Sundried Tomato Souffle Omelette


Mix the egg yolks and water. Beat the whites until light and frothy and combine with the yolks. Stir in the tomato paste. Heat the butter in a frying pan, until hot. Pour in the egg mixture and leave to cook until firm at the top edge and soft in the middle. Place the cheese, sundried tomatoes, olives, fresh basil and seasoning on one half of the omelette and fold the other half over to form a lid. Transfer to a plate and serve immediately. Easy Tahoe Brunch Bake:


Night before, oil up an 11X9 glass pan.


In a large skillet, mix well %26amp; brown:


One pound bulk breakfast sausage


1 onion, diced


2 cloves garlic


two tomatoes, peeled and seeded


Place slices of day old sourdough bread in glass pan, so that edges touch. Cut the slices to make them fit. Pour contents of skillet over bread. Cover with 2 cups shredded Mozzarella, Monterrey Jack or sharp Cheddar cheese. Spread cheese evenly over meat mixture. Beat 4 eggs with one and one half cup milk, add 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, and pour over cheese.


Refrigerate covered with plastic wrap overnight. Just before heating the oven, remove from refridgerator to warm to room temperature.


Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake one hour or until knife comes out of center clean.


Serves 4 to 8.
Recipe in my memory: Take some onions/bell pepper{red, yellow and green!} add 1 cup of diced cooked potatoe and saute w/ olive oil for about 3 minutes...add sausage and saute on low til sausage is done...you can put cheese/pepper on at the end..great skillet...takes less than 20 mins to cook...10mins to dice veggies! Enjoy!

yes. combine one cup of oatmeal with one cup of water and two cups of milk in a sauce pan.





boil on low heat until very thick and creamy (about 20-25 minutes)





add honey, cinnamon and nutmeg to taste.
French Toast :


2 eggs


1 to 1 1/2 cup milk


TBS vanillla ( optional but better )


bread





Whip eggs, milk, vanilla in bowl


grease frying pan and heat to med temp


dip bread in mix evenly covering the bread


cook to lite brown or desired texture on both sides about 2 min on each side should work...Enjoy with syrup/butter !
Steak and eggs!!
My grandmother used this homemade recipe.


1. Fry up some bacon or sausage ( something that will make alot of grease). Put the cooked bacon or sausage on a plate with paper towels to drain off the grease.


2. Put a few potatoes in the microwave and cook them ( don't forget to pierce them with a fork first) You can cook the potatoes in the microwave the night before - then when you peel them they are not so blasted hot!!!!PEEL THE POTATOES AFTER THEY ARE COOKED.


3. After peeling the potatoes - cut them into bite size pieces and put them in the pan with the bacon/sausage grease. Let them cook until they get sort of brown. Takes about 15 minutes or so. Drain them on a plate with a paper towel on it to absorb some of the grease.


4 Lastly, ( there should not be alot of grease left in the pan - just enough so that the scrambled eggs don't stick ) Then go ahead and cook the scrambled eggs.


You will have basically used one skillet and the microwave to cook a good hearty SOUTHERN breakfast.

Fast and easy i would recommend making french toast and eggs its super fast and easy and it looks like u spent some time on it lol.. if your making for urself get 2 eggs crack in a fairly larger bowl and beat then add cinniman and a bit of milk just like a tablespoon mix it all together then get ur bread and soak it in the egg *not till its soggy but just coated with it* then put it in a hot pan until it cooked on both sides usually about 2min altogether then cook urself whatever kind of eggs you like and ur done and syrup and or butter and enjoy!





p.s. if this is for you and someone else use 3 or 4 eggs but if you have leftover its ok just pour it down the sink ^_^

Peek-a-boo eggs





Do you have a griddle? Butter slices of sandwich bread on both sides. If you have a square griddle, do 4, a longer griddle, like I have, you can do up to 8. After buttered on both sides, take a small glass to cut a hole in the middle of each slice of bread, big enough to drop an egg in. Save the cutout middles. Place the bread slices on a hot griddle that's lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Crack an egg into the center of each slice. When egg is partially set, turn slice over carefully and finish cooking. Place on plate. Now cook the cutout pieces on both sides and place back on bread slices covering the egg. Peek-a-boo!
