a spoonful of grape nuts,

banana

kiwi fruit

milk

bowl of porridge

Start by making the porridge, i always find you should soak the oats the night before so it will cook quicker in the morning. Cook the porridge in the microwave its much quicker also and the milk does not burn in the mircrowave. Meanwhile chop the banana and kiwi fruit then add to the cooled down porridge, add more milk if necessary stir and finally add the sprinkling of grape nuts on the top and you will have an ultra healthy breakfast. Remember to use skimmed milk for the lowest fat content.
