Have you ever heard of the old military stand by, SOS?
Yes that stands for Sh!t on a shingle.. It consists of ground beef and a tomato base served in a piece of toast.
Do a search and you will find recipes for it and chipped beef on toast, which was canned beef with a white sauce that we, in the Navy, called foreskins on toast.
You will have some different breakfasts with a few military names.
Have fun.
Home made baked beans, healthy, easy, cheap and better than canned. My recipe doesn't have any sugar, chemicals or additives and can be made more interesting by the addition of herbs and feta. Feel free to look at the recipe at the link below, it includes a photo.

I just had pumpkin pie for breakfast. At my house, there really isn't a standard list of ';breakfast food'; - you eat whatever sounds good at any meal. I've had cereal for supper, enchiladas for breakfast, etc.
I suggest maybe a crescent, Cinnamon roll, pop tarts, grilled cheese sandwich, strudels, or granola bars or even an energy bar.
I always have a yogurt with granola in it and a piece of fruit, usually banana or cantaloup but I also like berries or kiwi in the morning.
it sounds like you won't want a bagel either. If so you can change the topping, ie: different flavour jam, or cream-cheese..
I don't like breakfast but its good to have. Perhaps some yogurt or fruit?
