I am looking for healthy breakfast ideas or recipes?

I seem to have every other meal pretty healthy but I seem to revert back to bad carbs and such when it comes to breakfast. So any ideas recipes would be appreciated.I am looking for healthy breakfast ideas or recipes?
Oatmeal is always a healthy choice - you can flavour it or use a vareity of different toppings. Personally, I like to add chopped nuts and loads of cinnamon, and top with a chopped banana. Other ideas would be to add dried fruit such as raisins or dates, or a selection of fresh fruits such as blueberries or strawberries. You could also add milk or soy milk or yogurt.

Another idea is a cereal such as muesli or granola which already contains a selection of dried fruit and nuts- try to buy one with no added salt of sugar. Again, top with fresh fruit. Adding fresh fruit to any wholegrain cereal is a pretty healthy breakfast.

Wholewheat toast with a variety of toppings - peanut butter is a good choice, but you could also use jelly, nutella etc.

You could eat fresh fruit, such as half a grapefruit or an apple, or maybe a mix of fresh fruits topped with natural yoghurt. A smoothie would work well too if you have a blender - mix natural low-fat yoghurt, milk and your favourite fruits. If you like your smoothies to be thick, then add a handful of oats too.

If you're ever in a rush, then a low-fat fruit yoghurt or a granola bar is always a good choice. Also, try drinking fresh fruit choice or a glass of low-fat milk.

I love this one! A whole grain english muffin lightly toasted (Thomas brand), 1 wedge of Laughing Cow cheese (any flavor and spread on muffin while hot so it melts.), 1 cup of red seedless grapes, and an 8oz glass of skim milk with 1 ice cube to keep it ice cold. YUM!
What my mom does which is good and healthy she takes a bowl of special k cereal and takes frozen fruit defrosts it and puts the milk and fruit in her cereal and its super good also whole grain pancakes or english muffins or eggs would be good for breakfast too!
