Oven Denver Omelet





8 eggs


1/2 cup half-and-half cream


1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese


1 cup finely chopped full cooked ham


1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper


1/4 cup finely chopped onion








In a bowl, beat the eggs and cream until light and fluffy. Stir in the


cheese, ham, green pepper and onion. Pour into a greased 9-in. square


baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

i have a very simple pancake recipe


it is really easy!


eat it with whipped cream or syrup!


i eat mine with powdered sugar





mix together:


1 cup flour


1 tsp baking powder


陆 salt


3 tablespoons oil


1 cup milk





stir it and put it on the skillet!





you should really try it


you wont believe how simple and delicios it is!
Apple pancake? Peel, core and dice 2 apples (any variety). Put the chopped apple in a small cast iron skillet or small saute pan with 1/2 stick butter, 1/3 cup brown sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon. Saute on med/low heat until apples are tender. Pour pre-made pancake batter on top. Do not mix. Cover and continue cooking until pancake is cooked through (about 4-6 minutes) Invert onto plate and cut in half and serve. Yummy...homemade...everyone loves this!
make some scrambled eggs with chedder, ham, peppers and onions(or whatever you think would taste good) and wrap it in a soft tortilla to make a breakfast burrito.

1.Frozen pancakes, just pop into the microwave.





2.Frozen waffles, pop into your toaster.





3.Frozen bowls of all kinds of breakfast meals, microwave.





4.Jimmy Dean and Owens both have pre-cooked sausages found in the freezer section-microwave.





5.Jimmy Dean has sausage wrapped in pancakes on a stick with the syrup already baked into the pancakes - microwave.





6. Bags of frozen pre-made biscuits - microwave. We like Pillsbury.
Smoothie's are always great.





Put in a bunch of fruit, ice, and yogurt. You can add that flax seed crap or protein powder, and then if you have to leave home right away you can take it with you.
Breakfast Casserole





4 slices bread


12 to 16 ounces bacon or sausage, cooked and drained


2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


6 eggs, beaten


2 cups milk


1 teaspoon dry mustard





Grease the bottom of a 9';x13'; pan. Tear up 4 slices of bread and place in the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle cooked crubled bacon or sausage over bread pieces. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the bacon or sausage. Mix eggs, milk and mustard together; pour over casserole. Bake at 350掳 for 35 to 40 minutes.
