-vanilla yogurt


-granola


-strawberry ...berries...fruits of ur choice,,,

egg in a whole...


-egg


-slice of wheat bread


-bacon


-shredded cheese


-cook the bacon then cut into small pcs.


-cut a whole inside ur bread at least 1.5 in. then butter ur fry pan heat med. low


-crack the egg in the hole then leave it


-sprinkle the bacon and cheese over the bread


-when the egg is fully cooked ur done...


-if you don't like the egg sunny side up...bake it in the oven





serve with grapes, cherry tomatoes, melons, milk, and OJ
Biscuits and gravy
fried bacon and sausage with 3 eggs fried in some of the reserved bacon and sausage fat, some potatoes fried in the same fat and a couple pieces of white toast with plenty of butter.
Poached eggs, prepared in a pan of salted water or in microwave, served on litely buttered toast, choice of juice, coffee or tea.
There's nothing healthier than Pop Tarts. Delicious!
