Does anybody have any good breakfast recipes? 10pnts..?

I am having my grandma/grandpa, mom, dad, and brother over Christmas morning for breakfast, so they can see the kids open their presents. Does anybody have any good ideas that they have tried? Thanks!Does anybody have any good breakfast recipes? 10pnts..?
What I love to do for Cmas morning is make a breakfast casserole! You assemble it the night before, refrigerate it, then throw it in the oven 45 min or so before you're ready to eat. About the time they're done opening presents, breakfast is ready. All you need with it is some OJ, coffee, and maybe a fresh fruit salad.

Sausage Breakfast Casserole

1 lb. breakfast sausage, browned and crumbled (chopped ham is good, too)

12 eggs

2 cups milk

2 tsp. salt

1 cup grated Cheddar cheese

2 tsp. dry mustard

6 cups cubed, stale French or Sourdough Bread

Place cooked sausage on the bottom of a greased 9'; x 13'; baking dish. Add bread evenly on top. Beat eggs, milk, and seasonings. Pour over sausage and bread. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover with foil. Refrigerate overnight.

Before baking, press bread down gently into casserole dish. Bake 350潞 for 50 minutes or until light golden brown and set in center. Serves 8.

There is a recipe called Christmas morning wifesaver I am sure you can google.

To be PC the name might have changed.

It is basically a ham, cheese, and egg strata.

If you emailed me I could probably give the recipe.

How you do it

lay bread in buttered pan.

lay ham and cheese on the bread.

Maybe onion, maybe green pepper.

Top with another layer of bread and more cheese.

Lastly you pour an omelet mixture of eggs and milk on to soak it, put it in the fridge overnight and bake it in the morning.

It is a complete meal that people can grab as they want it.

Just make some home fries or fruit salad to go with it.

Older people love champagne for Christmas breakfast.

Freixenet is a good champagne method wine that is reasonably priced.

For alcohol free - half tonic water, half orange juice in a fancy glass with ice and drip in some grenadine.
Colorful Frittata

';Dijon mustard gives unique flavor and lots of zip to this pretty egg bake.

You need a toaster oven for this one but they are sooo good.

French toast:

1 egg for every 2 slices of bread.

1/4 cup of milk for every 2 slices of bread.

The zest of one orange

1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together (except bread) together in a bowl. Soak bread in mixture until it has absorbed as much as it can.

Place bread in to a hot buttered skillet, and brown on both sides.
It has become tradition to make homemade cinnamon rolls the day before - cook Xmas morning - YUM!

If you want to go a little easier - saugage and egg bake - made with diced bread and cheese - assemble the night before - pop in the frig - bake the next morning....goes perfect with a cup-o-joe.
