Any recipes out there to make breakfast foods ahead of time?

I am looking for breakfast food recipes that I can make in advance, and store, then warm up in the morning before I go to work. I've made the homemade poptarts, and those are great, but I love to try something new, and get some new ideas. Thanks! : )Any recipes out there to make breakfast foods ahead of time?

You could probably try making something in the crockpot. And it'll already be warm when you're ready for breakfast. Like this recipe for Bacon Tater Crockpot Breakfast:

Ingredients:

1 pound package frozen tater tot potatoes

1/2 pound diced Canadian bacon

2 onions, chopped

1-1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

6 eggs

1/2 cup whole milk

2 tablespoons flour

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

In 4-5 quart crockpot, layer ingredients in order: one third of the tater tots, bacon, onions, and cheeses. Repeat layers two more times, ending with cheeses.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, and flour and beat with whisk or egg beater until combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture over layers in crockpot. Cover crockpot and cook on low for 7-8 hours. 6-8 servings

You can also add chopped broccoli to it for an evening meal, or substitute sausage, ground beef, ground turkey, for the bacon.
I used to layer yogurt %26amp; granola (about 3 layers each) in parfait glasses and refrigerate the night before, for my daughters when they were in school..... You can always make quesadillas. Cheese between 2 flour tortillas, about 20-25 seconds in the microwave ...... Breakfast Pigs in a Blanket (make ahead and reheat), using breakfast sausage and crescent rolls ... Devilled eggs (or just hard-boiled ones)
Make pancakes or waffles and freezer them in 2 packs.

Nuke and serve or put waffles in the toaster.

Make some hard cooked eggs. Have an egg and toast.

Look up recipes for strata. These are baked casseroles layering bread, eggs, milk, cheese, spinach, bacon and sausage. Make up a strata on the weekend. Store it covered in the fridge. Eat it for several mornings in a row.
I do my pig in the blanket with sausage, inside a pancake and a little syrup.Cook before and just reheat in the microwave.

Any type of breakfast sandwich on biscuit, bread, croissant or bagel.

Burrito with eggs, cheese and bacon /sausage
