Spanish Breakfast Recipes?

I need to find a Spanish breakfast recipe. Anything really just a recipe of something that Spanish people usually eat for breakfast. Can anyone please help me out!?Spanish Breakfast Recipes?
Spain. Spanish breakfast is small and usually consists of a cup of coffee with a slice of toast and jam (almost exclusively apricot, for some reason), a pastry or churros. Churros are often served with chocolate instead of coffee.





Freshly squeezed orange juice is popular and surprisingly common - even the smallest bar will invariably have an orange squeezer. This usually pushes the price of the breakfast up by quite a bit - just your coffee and toast/pastry will usually cost 1.50-1.80鈧? the juice doubles the price.





Types of Coffee:


Caf茅 solo Espresso, the standard form of coffee in Spain - if you want lots of water in it you could ask for it to be added (con agua caliente) but you might get laughed at. Seriously!





Caf茅 con leche Espresso with milk added. The most popular form of coffee in Spain.





Cafe cortado Espresso with a drop of milk.





Cafe manchado A little coffee and a lot of milk.


More like coffee flavored milk than a proper coffee.





Caf茅 descafeinado Decaff coffee. You can ask for it from the machine (de maquina or from a sachet (de sobre.





Caf茅 con hielo An espresso and a glass of ice. You're supposed to pour the espresso over the ice, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Cut a small tomato, Slice 1/4 of green or red sweet pepper, and 1/2 onion in slices; using a spoon of margarine or vegetable oil fried them slowly for 6 to 7 minutes on a low flame, then: put 2 or 3 eggs on top of the sofrito that you made from the onion tomatoes and pepper, put the stove on medium flame and cover until the yolks of the eggs are cooked. Serve them with hash browns and toast bread; it is a very healthy breakfast

1/4 kg potatoes


6 eggs


1 tbsp. oil


1 onion





Peel the potatoes, wash them thoroughly and cut them into thin slices. Chop the onion. Heat oil in a frying pan and then add the onion. Saut茅 the onion until it is brown and then add the potatoes and a little salt. Stir the contents until the potatoes are done. Beat the eggs, add a pinch of salt and then the potatoes. Mix well. Turn the heart up under the frying pan and add the egg and potato mixture. Brown on one side and then turn the omelet over to brown it on the other side.

Ingredients


- 1 cup HORMEL庐 CURE 81庐 Half Ham , diced


- 3 tablespoons CARAPELLI庐 Olive Oil


- 3 cups frozen O'brien potatoes


- 6 large eggs





Directions


Place olive oil in large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. When oil is hot, add ham and potatoes. Stir and turn occasionally until nicely browned (about 10 minutes). Meanwhile, beat eggs until frothy. Loosely flatten ham and potato mixture in pan and pour eggs evenly over all. Reduce heat to medium-low and cover. Cook until eggs are firm (about 10 more minutes). To serve, shake mixture loose from pan bottom and slide onto a warm serving platter. Cut into wedges.

A typical breakfast might include caf茅 con leche - strong coffee with hot, frothy milk, bollos (sweet rolls) with jam, or toast with jam or mild cheese.

Banana breakfast omelet





1 very ripe banana (an every day banana, or 3 guineitos ni帽os - dwarf or finger bananas)


1 egg


oil for frying





Peel and slice the guineitos into thin slices. Fry them in medium oil (see fig. 1 below), turning after they begin to get soft and brown. Fry the other side a few minutes. When almost done use a spatula to squish them down and cut them up. When ready for eggs they should look like fig.2 below. Add a scrambled egg and cook until done. The finished tortillas should look like the first picture on top. Serve with French or Italian toasted and buttered bread slices and caf茅 con leche. This is a typical meal, you can serve it for breakfast, for lunch, for dinner as a side dish, or for snack.

try cooking eggs with a mexican sausge called chorizo it comes in a wrapping and is paste like that is good with eggs and refried beans for breakfast.
