Recipes for breakfast panini?

Interested in such recipes as french toast, strawberry or blueberry. More towards the dessert type instead of bacon and eggs. ThanksRecipes for breakfast panini?
i have a strawberry bruschetta recipe that is yummo. take your favorite bread and slice it thin. next heat a little oil in a pan and lightly and I mean lightly spread butter or margarine on the bread. place the slices in the pan and pour sliced strawberries all over the bread slices. On top of the strawberries pour white or brown sugar (how much sugar is your decision) and then just heat until the bread is warm and crunchy. It is so sweet and pretty to look at.

I also love making cinnamon french toast. I whisk cinnamon sugar into the eggs with a pinch of vanilla extract or orange extract. soak your bread and whoila! You can top the french toast with creme fresh or whipped cream(not too sweet) and sprinkle with berries and grand marnier...yummRecipes for breakfast panini?

I know someone that uses pound cake for the bread. Then she spreads it with Nutella spread and puts fresh strawberries on it. Then puts it in a press.( she just uses a forman) you could also use bananas instead of the berries.
Here's a chocolate panini recipe.

8 (1/2-inch) thick slices sourdough bread or peasant bread, buttered on 1 side

3 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped with a heavy knife

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

Lay slices of the bread, butter side down, on an ungreased sheet pan. Sprinkle evenly with the chopped chocolate, covering the bread to within 1/4-inch of the crust. Cover each with a second slice of bread, butter side up. Press closed with the back of a spatula. Bake until the bread is golden and the chocolate begins to melt, about 5 to 7 minutes. Using a spatula, carefully turn each sandwich over and bake 5 to 7 minutes more. Let cool slightly before serving.
