Plz help I need some healthy breakfast/brunch meal recipes?

boiled egg full of protien you can have it on a slice of brown bread with tomato slices on top





porridge with skimmed milk and honey





low fat yoghurt and honey and roasted almonds





banana gives you energy good in the mornings





peanutt butter on toast (wheat)





and finally musli is very good with skimmed milk or soya milk.





these are all healthy alternatives you have if you still feel hungry have any fruit you like and drink plenty of water until lunch time, water really keeps you full. good luckPlz help I need some healthy breakfast/brunch meal recipes?

you got plenty to chose from and for filling
Oatmeal is an almost perfect food.


Whole grain cereal with low fat milk


Yogurt


Scramble up a couple of egg whites and one whole egg.


Whole grain toast.
