Tasty breakfast recipes involving eggs, please...?

Aside from the obvious scrambled, boiled etc. options, has anyone got any slightly more extravagant recipes for a special breakfast? Thank you!Tasty breakfast recipes involving eggs, please...?
My husband and kids love breakfast burritos....


we cook and crumble sausage...then mix in eggs and continue scrambling till the eggs are done. Then we have out buffet style....warm tortillas, shredded cheese, salsa and everyone adds what they want to their burritos......serve with some juice and your good to go.......Good Luck and have fun trying the different ideas !!!!Tasty breakfast recipes involving eggs, please...?
Scrambled eggs with cream and smoked salmon, served on a toasted bagel - delicious!
6 eggs sausage with out the skin any cheese that you like potatoes milk and a touch of paprika . mix eggs cheese sausage and potatoes together be sure that your potatoes are cook brown first or pre cook mix all this together in a pan .put in a pre heated oven at 350 let cook until the eggs are ready .
fried egg, bacon, sausage, fried soda bread and potato bread, tomato, black pudding and white pudding, tea bread and better, ulster fry style, lovely, making myself hungry.
Breakfast Burritos





use either bacon, ham, or sausage cut into small pieces. Fry some potatoes cut into small pieces, scramble some eggs. Mix all together, put in soft flour tortilla, add cheese, salsa, whatever you want, and roll up and serve. Fast easy and good
';Eggstraordinary'; Pancakes


6 eggs


1 C. low-fat cottage cheese


陆 C. all-purpose flour


2 tablespoons cooking oil


戮 teaspoon baking powder


陆 teaspoon salt


1 录 teaspoon vanilla


Place all ingredients in a blender container or large mixing bowl. Cover and blend on high speed 1 minute or beat with electric mixer or rotary beater until well blended. For each pancake, pour 录 cup batter onto hot, lightly greased skillet or griddle (380掳F for electric griddle). Cook on both sides until golden brown. Fill and fold and top with apple butter, honey, syrup, or fresh fruit. Yield: Approx. 16 cakes

Scrammble the eggs, toast the tortilla, add the cheese and bacon, and wa-la, yummy.





Or sometimes i'll make an over easy egg and put it on an english muffin.
Try having them Fertilised, then you can stay in bed all morning!
Mexican omlet with eggs, cheese, taco meat and tomatos. I put raco bell packets on mine and sometimes sour cream.
Here is a new twist on an old favorite. My husband and the boy scouts like to do boiled omlets. take a freezer type ziplock bag. put two eggs and any thing else you want ...ham onion...etc....... mixed it in the bag and throw it in a pot of boling water. they mixture will cook and you can open the bag and put in on toast. The kids love it.

Crisco Skillet Egg Supper





1 Tablespoon chopped onion


2 cooked potatoes, chopped fine


3 Tablespoons Crisco (or other shortening)


4 eggs


1 1/2 cups drained, diced tomatoes


1/2 cup finely chopped cheese


1 teaspoon salt


1/2 teaspoon pepper





Fry onion and potatoes until brown in hot Crisco. Add tomatoes, cheese and seasonings. When blended and hot, break eggs, whole, onto mixture and let them poach until the white is set. (about 20 min)
www.allrecipes.com has a lot of recipes w/ eggs as an ingredient. One of my favorite reipes is for a breakfast casserole. It includes sausage, mushroom (optional), and cheese and a few other things, but it tastes delicious...
Scotch Eggs with Sausage





pound bulk pork sausage


6 hard cooked eggs


1 cup fine dry bread crumbs, purchased or home made, plain or seasoned


1 egg


1 tablespoon water


1 teaspoon prepared mustard


Sauce:


2 tablespoons butter


2 tablespoons flour


salt and pepper to taste


1 teaspoon chopped parsley


1 to 1 1/4 cups half-and-half


1 tablespoon Dijon mustard





On a sheet of waxed paper, divide sausage into 6 equal portions; wrap 1 portion around each egg. Roll each wrapped egg in bread crumbs. Beat egg with mustard and water; dip sausage-wrapped eggs in beaten egg mixture.


Roll in bread crumbs again; place on a rack in a shallow baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for about 35 minutes or until browned, turning once during baking. Cut into halves lengthwise; serve hot with Dijon sauce or sauce of your choice.
Breakfast Pizza





1 lb Sausage or bacon diced


8 oz Can crescent rolls


12 oz Hash browns


2 c Shredded cheddar


5 Eggs


1/4 c Milk


Salt and pepper





Preparation


Preheat oven to 375. Fry saisage or bacon in skillet until done. Remove from skillet and drain on towels. Unroll dough and press onto an ungreased pizza pan. Layer hash browns, bacon, and cheese on top. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour evenly over pizza. Bake 30 minutes until golden.
Sunny-side up egg in toast.





Cut hole in bread, pop it on a buttered skillet, toast, flip, decrease temp, crack an egg right inside the hole. Put some ham and cheese on top off that, decrease heat fold an aluminum tent over sandwich to reflect heat back onto the top of the sandwich.





Mmmmm-Mmmmm. Good eating.
Beat two eggs with 1/4 cup milk and 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (depends on your taste) and 1 teaspoon sugar. Make sure you beat well to dissolve sugar. Pour over four slices of broken bread in a small baking dish or ramikin. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes until set. Spoon out and cover with your favorite syrup. Like a bread pudding french toast so you can also add raisins and/or nuts if you wish.

Try an Arnold Bennet omlette, look for it on google, cause I'm afraid I don't have the recipe. It is delicious

a one pan fry up? fry your bacon, sausage and whatever else (mushrooms, tomatoes etc) in one big frying pan then crack eggs into some gaps and fry them too. serve it on one big plate!
pour 2 eggs in a bowl and mix it well with some salt and pepper (if u like it spicy) and then soak a slice of bread in it well... heat a pan and put some butter on it.. Now put the egg soaked slice on the pan...add more butter if u prefer and fry it...its yummy.. You can add sugar instead of pepper to make it sweet.. or try adding other sauses according to ur taste.
Nigella Lawson did a really nice egg recipe once, sorry cannot remember what it is, but a google search may help. It was very different.
I don't think you can top a good omelet. and anything you like can be added to the eggs.Just do not overcook

i dont like eggs for breakfast. i eat only sweet things.
Here something unique. Get two perfect half boiled eggs with a dash of oriental dark soya sauce and pepper. A taste of Asian!





Together with a nice cup of coffee...mmmmmmm, simply delicious.

Alaskan Frittata





1 sm bell pepper cored, chopped


1/2 cup chopped onion


1 x garlic clove peeled, minced


1 can Alaska salmon - (14 3/4 oz) drained, chunked


6 x eggs


1/3 cup nonfat milk or water


2 tsp Mexican, Taco or Fajita seasoning


1/3 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese


1 1/2 cup Ortega salsa - homestyle recipe (mild)


Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray-coat a 10-inch non-stick pan. Stir in bell pepper, onions, and garlic; saute two minutes over medium heat. Add salmon.


Beat together eggs, milk or water, and seasoning; pour over vegetables in pan. Cook eggs over medium-low heat, omelet-style, until sides are set, about 4 to 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.


Transfer pan to oven about 5 inches from heat, covering handle with foil if necessary. Bake an additional 5 minutes, or until frittata is puffy and eggs are firm in the center.


Cut into wedges; serve each slice with 1/4 cup salsa.





Baked Vegetable Omelette








1 1/3 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese


2 cup chopped broccoli or


a (10 oz) package frozen chopped


broccoli, thawed and drained


3 med tomatoes coarsely chopped


2 2/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese


1 1/3 cup milk


1/3 cup Gold Medal all-purpose flour


1/2 tsp salt


4 x eggs





Heat oven to 350 degrees.


Layer Monterey Jack cheese, broccoli, tomatoes and Cheddar cheese in ungreased square baking dish, 8 by 8 by 2 inches. Beat milk, flour, salt and eggs until smooth; pour over cheese.


Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes or until egg mixture is set. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
