Does anyone know any recipes for a cold breakfast that is filling?

I work at an office at a construction company. The majority of people who work here are men. Periodically, I like to fix breakfast and bring it in to work for everyone. Right now, the temperatures are hitting 80 degrees before I even arrive at work so I was wondering if anyone had suggestions for a cold breakfast that is filling and refreshing.

Thanks!Does anyone know any recipes for a cold breakfast that is filling?
how about an assortment of muffins, scones (with awesome toppings like honey, lemon curd, etc) and fresh fruit. That would be my idea of a perfect breakfast.Does anyone know any recipes for a cold breakfast that is filling?
This is a bit of work, but it's really good.

Take a melon, like a cantaloupe, and split it in half. Remove the seeds, and dig out a bit of the melon where you removed the seeds, creating a ';bowl'; out of each melon half (the digging out is optional, you can also leave it as is).

Fill the bowl with cereal (granola is great) and milk, and serve. Once they eat the cereal, there's still the melon half.

It sounds strange, but it's a cool, nutritious breakfast on a warm day.
fruit salad is awesome for hot days!

I use watermelon, apples, bananas, strawberry, pineapple, kiwi, and grapes for mine.

They sell pints of yogurt too, vanilla is great with fruit.

or

Strawberry banana smoothies.

1 cup of plain yogurt.

1 cup of strawberries

1 banana

Ice is optional, but a good idea for hot days.

Blend everything together and put it in a big container.

this makes about 2 big servings, obviously you'll have to adjust the recipe for your co-workers.

Good Luck!
Frittata (Italian omellette). You can add meat cheeses and veg inc red and green peppers, courgettes and onions. Once cooked leave to cool and then refrigerate. Can be eaten hot or cold cut into pizza style wedges. Very filling with low fat and high protein......just what a growing man requires!
I agree with the other responder- Parfaits are easy, filling and cold.

One summer I worked in an auto shop- and I ended buying 6 boxes of frozen pops for everyone to share. They were SO happy.

Or make a big batch of something cold to drink:

Hope this helps (or inspires)!
