How do you make a good breakfast? Could I please get some recipes?

Stuff like eggs, bacon, cooked in a particular way would help!

THANKS PPL!!How do you make a good breakfast? Could I please get some recipes?
Here are some I hope you like

BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

18 eggs

2 lbs hot ground sausage

2 small cans green chiles

shredded cheddar cheese

Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick spray. Brown sausage with green chiles. Drain.

Scramble, in a bowl, all 18 eggs. Pour a little more than half the eggs into the cake pan. Layer sausage on the eggs. Layer as much cheese as you want on top of the sausage. Pour the rest of the eggs over the top.

Bake at 350F degrees until the top is brown and the eggs are cooked.

This is great for the Atkins diet. This can be cooked in a sealable pan, placed in the refrigerator and then cut a piece every morning for breakfast.

It's great re-heated!!!! Enjoy!

Note: You can reduce the size of this recipe by using the ingredients list below instead of those above:

9 eggs

1 lb. hot ground sausage

1 small can green chiles

shredded cheddar cheese

SPINACH MILANESE WITH FRIED EGGS

2 1/2 lbs fresh spinach

3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

6 eggs

1/2 cup butter, melted

salt and pepper, to taste.

Preheat oven to 375掳F.

Bring 1/4 cup of water to a rapid boil in a large skillet.

Wash spinach well in cold running water. Remove any heavy stalks.

When water is boiling, add spinach and cook for 7 minutes. Drain well. Wring dry in paper towels or squeeze dry with cheesecloth. Set aside.

Dry the skillet which was used to cook spinach. In the same skillet, melt 4 tablespoons of butter. Saut茅 spinach in butter for several minutes over medium high heat (do not let butter begin to brown!).

Grease an ovenproof casserole or baking dish with 1 tablespoon butter. Transfer spinach to baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with Parmesan cheese. Melt remaining butter and pour over spinach. Bake in oven at 375F. When cheese has thoroughly melted, remove from oven.

Meanwhile, saut茅 the eggs. Serve with the spinach on a heated serving dish.

Baked Eggs %26amp; Cheese (I've actually tried this one,it's really good. I add cut up pieces of bacon also.)

7 eggs

1 cup milk

2 teaspoons sugar

1 pound Monterey Jack Grated Cheese (or Muenster cheese)

4 ounces Cream Cheese Cubed (room temperature)

1 16-ounce Container of Small Curd Cottage Cheese

6 tablespoons Butter (room temperature)

1/2 cup All Purpose Flour

1 teaspoon Baking Powder

Beat together the eggs, milk and sugar. Add the cheeses and butter. Mix well then add the flour and baking powder. Pour into a greased 9x13 glass baking dish. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. This may be made ahead of time and refrigerated. If the pan goes from the refrigerator to the oven, bake 60 minutes.

Eggs:

scrambled with lots of cheese, bell peppers, mushrooms

or;

over-easy with a BIT of ketchup on top so when you pierce the yolk it all blends together...dip your toast in it! yum :)

Bacon:

i use turkey bacon because i dont eat pork anymore but let me tell you - tastes just as good and is healthier! also doesnt crumble or shrivel up..try it sometime just fry in your skillet over medium heat

You should also try making hash browns with butter and onions, or a breakfast casserole dish. Fruit, toast and fresh milk are also yummy additions
I make eggs with alot of milk and whip them with a fork until they are very light and fluffy. I cook them until just firm and they taste soooo good.

Sometimes I add tomatoes and feta cheese to my eggs for a yummy Greek omelet.

My bf Joe makes blueberry and choc chip pancakes. He just gets the mix and adds extra eggs to the batter and choc chips or blueberries. Defrosted frozen blueberries work fine.

Joe also makes some kind of peddlers fries in the pan. He takes potatoes cuts them into wedges and seasons them with some spices and cooks them slow in oil in the cast iron pan. Very good, different from home fries or hash browns....but I don't know all his secrets.
Tortilla's , pat with butter and put ham and cheese in it and roll it up and microwave it a second or two. Or you can use two tortilla's and sandwich the ham and cheese in between and grill it like a grilled cheese.

Grilled cheese and ham sandwich's are good also.

I am not an egg eater in the morning.

Hot pockets are fast and easy also.
I Like this breakfast casserole
